The scale has a durable 6mm thick tempered glass platform and the super slim ensemble is only 20mm thick. To use the scale, just download the Scale Up app onto any iOS or Android phone, open the app and pair the scale to your phone using Bluetooth. The scale will display the results on the large LCD display after each weigh-in and you can store data for up to 99 users. With other great features such as baby scale mode, low power/overload indication and step-on technology, our scale makes keeping track of your health fast and easy.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
