Operation Procedure
1.Plug in power port
2.Take down the upper cover of the water tank
3.Fill in appropriate amount of water(NOTE:not to exceed the water line)
4.Drip in essential oil
5.Close the upper cover,press LED key
6.Press timing key or auto induction spraying key
Maintenance
After using 5-6 times,or 3-5days,please clean the product as follow
1.Unplug the unit from mains supply and remove tank
2.Pour out any remaining water from tank,avoid water flow into the air outlet
3.Add a small amount of warm kitchen detergent remover and water,use swab to wipe it gently,and then use cleaning cloth to dry it lightly.Be sure to use mild detergent and do not use acids or enzymes

1.Do not fill over 300ML”Max”at any time
2.Do not use mineral water ,sparking water
3.Always keep on stable plat surface,do not place on carpet ,duvet or unstable area
Warranty & Returns Policy
All products from BetterHome come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers part.
Please contact us to return the defective items for exchange during the warranty period. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) for each item that needs returning. We do not accept the returns without first requesting an RMA number.
The items should be returned with our original packaging. The defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement or exchange will be made. The buyers must contact us for the return address for all return products.
Only partial refund will be completed upon receipt of the returned item if the return is a result of buyer's error. We cannot offer free shipping for the buyers who placed the incorrect order. The buyers are responsible for all the actual shipping cost.
In all cases, the return shipping fees are at buyers own cost to return the items for the exchange or the refund. We are responsible for the postage of the replacements.
