WARRANTY POLICY
We provide a 12-month factory warranty for all mobile phones and tablets. The warranty warrants the product to operate according to manufacturer's specifications for 12 months from the date of purchase. As the products we sell are imported and thus not covered by the AU factory warranty, we will take care of all warranty claims with local factory warranty. Under the warranty, we will repair or replace your device back to working condition. You will be required to ship your device to our Hong Kong location for servicing and cost of parts might be charged subject to terms & conditions of the respective factory warranty.
The warranty period starts from the date printed on your invoice, and hence includes the shipping and return shipping time as well as the repair duration. Upon receiving and accepting your payment, we will provide you with cover for your purchase(s) as stated in this warranty.
What is covered:
*Physical damage on display screen is considered as accidental damage by most manufacturers. Labour and parts incurred will always be charged under warranty, while we will cover return shipping.
Please Note: The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress. Wonda Mobile will not be held liable for any defects or damage on any other item(s) used in conjunction with this product.
Wonda Mobile reserves the right for final decision in case of dispute.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
14-Day Return Policy
Within 14 days from order dispatch, you may return any product purchased on Wonda Mobile that arrives damaged, defective, missing part or does not match product descripton for free. Wonda Mobile will exchange for a new unit or grant a full refund upon customer's request. You are required to ship the product, along with all original packing back with a tracked shipping method. After we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you the replacement free of charge.
You may also request for a full refund on the order. We will refund your full ordering amount plus up to $50 to cover your return shipping costs.
If you would like to return an item due to change of mind or other reasons not specified above, you are eligible to pay for the return shipping with tracking, plus an administration fee of $60.
Order Cancellation Before Delivery
You may cancel an order for any reason before it is dispatched for a full refund. Wonda Mobile generally dispatches an order within 3 business days.
Up to $60 return fee will be charged if an order has been dispatched. The return fee is to cover part of the shipping, return shipping and VAT/customs clearance expenses incurred during your order.
