Perfect for families with a busy lifestyles, the Fagor pressure cooker will help you create healthy meals full of flavour and nutrients in fraction of a normal cooking time. It's one of the few pressure cookers on the market that's able to built pressure up to 15PSI, which can be set with a simple spring mechanism. The pressure cooker is made from stainless steel and features an encapsulated aluminium-bonded base for even heat distribution. It features a triple safety mechanism: pressure control valves with two independent over-pressure release valves, quick release valve for rapid depressurisation and a safety lock on the handle.It is also induction compatible. The pressure cooker comes with a stainless steel steamer basket, instruction booklet and a recipe book and it's covered by a 10 year warranty.
