With an included drainage channel to take unwanted oils away from your cooking, the Falcon Enamel Rectangle Baking Tray is the one to reach for when baking up a large batch of potato wedges, a batch of crispy sausage rolls or even slow roasting your chicken pieces. Measuring 44cm x 28cm x 4cm, the black, speckled baking tray is crafted from porcelain enamel fused onto heavy gauge steel and features a handy carry handle at each end. Oven safe to 270C and suitable for use on gas or electric hobs, Falcon enamelware is easy to clean, dishwasher safe and readily stackable for storage.
