At 25cm in diameter, this versatile round Pie Plate is enamelled in a soft duck egg blue porcelain over heavy gauge steel and finished with a contrasting grey feature rim. The ideal size for a family sized meat pie or a latticed fruit tart, everything you create in this appealing round dish will cook evenly and presently well. The enamelled surface is resistant to scratches however care should be taken with sharp utensils and the dish is guaranteed not to break, no matter how many times you bake in it. Oven safe to a mighty 270°C and suitable for use on gas or electric hobs, Falcon enamelware is easy to clean, dishwasher safe, readily stackable for storage and available in a range of sizes to suit all needs.
