My husband and I wanted a way to get fit and healthy for the new year and lose weight, it’s excellent cause you’re not in the sun it counts calories and isn’t heavy to move around different speeds , counts time excellent value for money and quality. We both use it twice a day and noticed a difference in the last few weeks, I’m not as lethargic working to work and hubby doesn’t get breathless when doing the lawns so thank you so much Lily
