1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

I was very happy with these chairs. Nice and firm seating. I was worried ordering chairs without trying them first but they are better then I expected. Easy to assemble also.
