2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

The table is exactly what I want, I have a small living room and the extendable function allows me to just have one side of table open usually, and extend it to both sides when hosting party. Comfortably fit 6, the two long drawers are useful too.

1 year later with heavy use and still perfect. Very solid and strong. So convenient for my small house, very small footprint when folded. A matter of seconds to lift side and slide leg out to comfortably seat 3 for dinner or move out from wall to lift both sides and comfortably fit 6 adults. Storage draws can slide out from either side and hold a lot more than I anticipated from measurements. Absolutely love this table and its easy functionality with no compromise on durability. Smooth wipe clean surface, has had things split that I thought would leave stains but a squirt of bleach and wipe over left it looking brand new. Definitely recommend 👌 😁

Nice solid table, we put castors on and it's now used as a cutting table in the sewing room. Excellent and price effective piece of furniture.

Fabulous space saving. Seats six comfortably. Folds down easily into an amazingly small compact space. Not hard to build. Highly recommend.
