Argie Grillz Gaucho Series Parrilla BBQ with Height Adjustable Grill Pro Model - AGG-003
The Argentinian BBQ in made from 304 stainless steel, it offers the ability to adjust the cooking height up to 60 cm using the wheel on the right, the wheel turns clockwise. In order to drop the height, the lever must be released. This allows you to control your cooking based on the amount of heat the charcoal is producing. The Gaucho series, Pro model BBQ has a fire box made from 10mm round stainless steel on the side, this alows you to prepair wood or charcoal before placing under the grill. The cooking area offered is 112cm W x 53cm D. giving you a total cooking area of 5936 cm2.The stainless steel V channel grills are made of 2mm stainless steel and are heavy duty. The V channels accommodate juices and dripping to help eliminate flare ups, the juices are directed to a removable stainless steel drip tray for use in basting or to make sauces and gravies, or to make clean up easy. These V channel grills are quickly removable for easy cleaning. Inside the base and sides are refractory bricks to help retain and direct the heat of the charcoal, giving a better cook while using less charcoal. The Gaucho series Parrilla is easily moves thanks to its four heavy duty lockable caster wheel. Imagine the taste of a butterflied suckling pig, some lamb, beef or even a large chicken. This Argentinian BBQ would be perfect for anything you want to flame grill.
