  • The bag itself is of good quality. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars was that it came packed in a sealed plastic bag and smelt of mildew. I'm not sure whether this is from the plastic or the bag material itself. The smell has permeated the bag and I won't be able to use it unless the smell disappears and so far it hasn't. Quite disappointed really.

  • My beautiful leather handbag arrived in 'BLACK' I ordered RED. The order form said RED, The delivery bag said RED, BUT it is BLACK. SOOOOO disappointed.
