We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Great product and good value for money however the drills and chisel are a little short and need extensions or longer shanks to illuminate excessive doubling over when working at ground level Is there any longer bits available for sale, or extensions to solve this issue Thanks for the amazing product
