1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

We received our purchase within a week of ordering and than ordered another we have recommended you to so many people as we love this product way better than spending hundreds on a new mattress every bed in our house has a new topper now thats six beds
