1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I’ve bought everyone in my household these mattresses and I just can’t believe how comfortable they are. We were struggling with a medium firm mattress that was super soft… this one really is medium firm and it gives the best night sleep we’ve had in a long long time.

Omg we paid 900 for a koala bed, don't do it there is no side support you literally feel like you are rolling out of bed. I was skeptical never bought anything so big online let alone used mydeal......BEST DECISION EVER This bed is so comfortable and supportive, as goldilocks says ....it's just right. If you are hesitating over that cart just do it, transaction through mydeal was superb. Quick delivery, no hassles even got a call from the courier delivering. Highly recommended the bed and mydeal
