Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

After procrastinating for a year i bit the bullet and ordered two mattresses, this was the first to arrive. Ordered 9 days ago! Arrived today. It was dispatched virtually straight away! That is amazing considering i ordered at a time when there would be warehouse shut downs for the easter break. That impressed me to begin with, then the unpacking was easy and so much fun! Watching the mattress expand was satisfying to watch! Then when it inflated it felt sooooo good. For the price I'm impressed by the comfort. It is way better than his old spring mattress which cost twice as much, its even nicer than my $1300 mattress (the one i ordered for myself is on its way!!!!! I look forward to see if it's similar) Decent thickness too, lofty and soft. If you like to feel hugged, this is the one. Just enough firmness to not feel like you are going to sink, and soft enough to cuddle you. After testing a gazillion beds in many shops over that procrastinating period it is definitely a medium, slightly plush but i wouldn't call it plush. Amazing for the value. And by the time the warranty is up my son will need a larger size. Thank you so much mydeal for being so quick with delivery. **Please note this is my experience- and after reading everybodies reviews i wanted to give a fair point of view of my overall experience thus far. Don't assume because my delivery came quickly yours will, delivery will depend on the time of year, stock on hand etc etc (i work in retail, some people expect if one person recieved quickly they will too)** Again. Cheers mydeal. I think he will be snoring tonight.

Looks good and quality build. Didn’t think it would be that nice in such a small box but after a day from removing from vac bag, it’s wonderful.
