The Global Flexible Utility Knife 15cm GS11 provides extra versatility and style in the kitchen made according to Global Knives superior standards.Global has revolutionised modern cutlery with their combination of Italian design Japanese precision and German durability. Global knives are made from CrMoVa 18 stainless steel icetempered and hardened to HRC 5658 making them resistant to rust stains and corrosions while retaining razor sharp edges that are double ground at 15 degrees for longer. Inspired by Japanese samurai swords Global knives are perfectly weighed and feature a unique seamless construction. The knives have hollow stainless steel handles and are covered by a lifetime warranty.
