We aim to have your order shipped within 3 business days for the Sydney Metro area. For any other suburb outside of Sydney, the orders should be delivered within 10 - 15 business days through delivery courier, however, delivery time can vary. Once shipped, you will be provided a delivery tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that you cannot choose a specific delivery day or time as orders are sent via courier.

Please provide us clear pictures of any damaged, faulty or wrong products / clear description of the missing part and contact us via your MyDeal account along with any details of your purchase, for an exchange or refund within 14 days.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept exchanges on items or refund that are still in their original condition (new, with package, unassembled) within 14 days of receiving your order. (*All mattress is excluded)

We offer 1 year warranty for all brand new product (not applicable on man-made damaged). Please provide us clear pictures of any damaged, or faulty products and contact us via your MyDeal account along with any details of your purchase, for an exchange or refund within 14 days.
Diamondshome reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found on inspection to be in an unsanitary condition or stained (for mattress warranty), or when product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.
