If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3,000micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
Ingredients
Each soft capsule contains:
Cod-liver oil 1g (1,000mg)
Equiv. to Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 2.5micrograms
Equiv. to Vitamin A (1,000IU) 300micrograms retinol equivalents

Contains: Contains fish, soya bean products and sulfites.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 soft capsule, 2-3 times daily, with food, or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.

 

USAGE ADVICE

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
