The TT685C is a next generation flash released by Godox. It features E-TTL II auto flash for Canon EOS series cameras and optical triggering with even illumination and a stable output. Using 2.4GHz wireless, you have an operating range of up to 100m. It can also be used as master flash to trigger other Canon speedlites such as the 600EX-RT, 580EX II etc.. in TTL or manual mode.
As a slave flash it can receive signals from other Canon speedlites such as the 600EX-RT, 580EX II, etc.. and wireless commanders of pop-up flashes on Canon models such as the 7D, 60D, 600D etc..
It supports HSS up to 1/8000s, FEC, FEB, FE lock, front and rear curtain sync, multi flash and flash exposure compensation.
Using the new Godox X1C trigger for Canon (sold separately), the flash can be triggered within range of 100m and utilise all the features of the TT685C flash including E-TTL II, 1/8000s HSS, flash exposure compensation and more. The X1C trigger also utilised a wireless grouping system of a maximum 5 groups and 32 channels.
Overall it has a GN60 (m ISO 100, @105mm), 22 steps of power output (1/1 - 1/128) and approximately a 0.1 - 2.6s recycle time. It offers 230 full power flashes (when using 2500mAh Ni-MH batteries). It also offers USB firmware updates to ensure you have the latest improvements to the flash.
