Pet Nest takes pride in supplying quality products. If a product is found to be faulty, have a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during postage, please report to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Pet Nest reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or credit. All product returns will be assessed, based on which refunds/exchanges/credit will or will not be provided. Note that unless the product is faulty, all shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.
No form of refund/exchange/credit will be given if products received are not what you wanted. Change of mind credit requests will not be approved. No products that are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging will be eligible for refund/exchange/credit.
