Warranty Policy
All furniture products from Bay Gallery come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Please note that the following may occur as a result of natural and normal usage:
Inappropriate cleaning methods, above average or excessive loading or the failure to properly care for the furniture may result in costly repairs and could void your warranty.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not usually refund or exchange if you change your mind. If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, please contact us within 24 hour of receipt of goods.
If we agree that the item was not advertised correctly or within the law, or there was a mistake with the advertisement, we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
Refunds will only be given when goods are returned to us in original packaging and original saleable condition.

I’m very happy with this Buffet. It’s excellent quality, you can tell it’s freshly painted, delivered without a scratch. Very solid and well put together. Within a matter of ordering days I received a call to arrange a delivery. Then the morning of delivery the driver called with a time. Everything was smooth and perfect. A delightful surprise as I’ve never bought from my deal. The picture vs reality: front doors don’t have imprints of the wooden planks like they do in the picture, but the drawers do. Also the wooden part of the buffet is much more dull than the photo, and it’s a little bumpy on top. There is however a disclosure to say each piece is unique with a different pattern and it has little holes (toothpick sized) for its authentic wood. So I didn’t mind the holes as they add feature to the piece. And they add care instructions and fixture pieces to fix the back to the wall. Though I believe it to be too heavy for that anyway.
