From my experience, I had no problems with using this product except for when I charge up an ipad mini tablet and 2 other mobile phones at the same time, the ipad mini starts to make a sound of charging/not charging repeatedly due to not enough current being fed to it. Without the 2 phones attached, devices such as the ipad mini charge ok and vice versa (2 - 4 phones will charge up at the same time). So all in all, it is handy to have but just don't expect more than the total maximum output of the 4 port charger and don't expect the 4 phones (depending on phone model specs) to charge up at the normal rate as they all share the total maximum charger output (it will be very slow but all 4 phones will still charge up).

The product took a few weeks to arrive so don't be in a hurry for it. Having said that, it looks good and will be of great use in our upcoming overseas trip.

Adaptor looks good, I had hoped it would arrive before I went to the US but alas it turned up while I was away, I was a bit optimistic re delivery time..
