Warranty Policy

We warrants our products are free from defects in material and craftsmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents (including overheating), misuse or commercial use, improper cleaning, neglect, and does not cover staining, discolouration, or scratching of the non-stick finish and the porcelain enamel or stainless steel interior and exterior. Damage caused by the use of cooking sprays, bleach or overheating are not covered by this warranty. Minor imperfections and slight colour variations are normal. This warranty does not include Vacuum Pot and Double Pan parts subject to replacement such as gaskets and handles. Dishwasher effects and damages are not covered under the warranty. Using scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, or metal utensils on any product will invalidate your warranty.

Who is covered?

This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser, or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. If the product was not purchased new from an authorised dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer, this warranty is null and void. Proof of purchase in Australia is required.

What will we do?

Defective items will be replaced free of charge, or replaced by a similar product or one of equivalent value if the product is no longer in production.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer exchange or refund provided it meets the following conditions:

• Exchange within 14 days;
• With proof of purchase;
• Item must be unused in its original packaging in perfect condition.

In the event you want to exchange, simply send back the unwanted items and we will post you an exchanged item. Please note that you will cover your own return shipping cost.

Exchange will only be accepted within 14 days from receipt.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of thermal products, such as jugs, flasks and cups.
