Harmony Balance was formulated to support women s Unbalanced hormones, and offer relief from the symptoms of Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS), abdominal cramps and period pain. It is a combination of 4 herbs, Vitamins D3 and B6, with scientific support on the primary herb Vitex agnus-castus.
Women may face symptoms related to hormones health issues at any stage of their menstrual years. This can occur naturally or as the result of changes in medications, stress, or environmental factors.
Symptoms related to hormones may include: mild anxiety, mood swings, unhealthy skin, irregular or absent periods, tiredness, bloating, abdominal cramps, and period pains.
Dosage:
Starting dose: 2-3 tablets per day, continuously for 2 3 months.
Reduce to maintenance dose as symptoms improve.
Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day, ongoing.
Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Directions:
Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals. Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula. If you are taking a course of medication, inform your prescribing practitioner you have commenced Harmony Balance.
