Hello there! I am the Hawk medium back office chair. I come with a two-lever back tilt and back adjustment options to keep you comfortable for long hours. Combined with gas lift and tilt lock I ensure that you will be able to adjust me just the way you like it. I come with a black standard nylon base. My waterfall-shaped seat gives your legs ample room to move and improve blood circulation. My seat is available in JasonL black fabric as well as in blue grey and red. I am great for offices as well as industrial spaces.

  • Note: Delivery is to the ground floor only, however in most cases the driver is happy to deliver to a higher floor, provided that the building has a lift and the lift fits the product(s)

WARRANTY POLICY

Terms, conditions and time period for warranty vary for each item - please refer to the product listing. JasonL products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and/or raw materials for normal office use (i.e. 8 working hours per day). 

RETURNS POLICY

At JasonL, our policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your furniture purchase within the first 14 days, we promise to refund you, less the price of shipping and handling (provided the product is undamaged and not custom built for you). 

N.B. This can only occur if the furniture has NOT been assembled and is returned in its original packaging.

A full refund cannot be provided if:

  1. Item is assembled
  2. Original packaging has been discarded
  3. Item is returned damaged.

If one of the above occurs, a restocking fee of 25% plus the return postage will be charged and deducted off the refund total.

NOTE: Jason L management reserves the right to refuse refunds
