Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 310.5mg.

Instructions
DIRECTIONS:Adults: For general Magnesium supplementation - Add 1 level dessertspoon 19g approx.) of powder into a glass of water (200mL) once daily, for therapeutic benefits - twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
