RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:

If you are unhappy with an online item you have purchased we will accept a return of the item within 14 days of you receiving the goods. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed or un used in any way and returned in original condition including tags, you will receive a full refund minus shipping charges.

All swnabt orders will come with a return slip this must accompany any returned items.

Remember to fill in the return slip with name, order number and reason for the return.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges, any package that we do not receive will not be processed as a return, we recommend using a tracking method for all returns.

We will process all return refunds within 14 days of receiving the items, you will receive an email once this is finalised from our returns department.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We do not offer exchanges of items for size or colour variations, please return the item by method stated above and repurchase it in the preferred size or colour on our website.

FAULTY ITEMS:

All our garments are quality controlled before leaving our warehouse, if for any reason you have received an item that has a manufacturing default we are happy to replace it or offer a full refund within 31 days of purchase. A manufacturing default does not include normal wear and tear of the garment.

For all faulty garments please email us to arrange a prepaid return postage label, we will replace the item if stock is available or refund you within 14 days of the items return.
