I got this for handling pizzas and puddings. It's a very good product for getting things in and out of the oven very quickly. The cutter is good for cutting vegetables with one hand.

Bought a metal peel but the pizza wouldnt slide off properly , didcsome research and a wooden peel is for launcjing the pizza to the oven stone and the metal is for turning and removing the pizza

I thought the cutter feels a bit flimsy and I will let you know more after I use it. I was not too impressed with the cost of shipping for such a light package
