Under Tile Heating is perfect for the Australian climate. The 4mm thick element is placed directly on top of the sub floor and the flooring simply laid over the top. As the element is so close to the floor surface your home will be warm in 30-60 minutes.
* The fully programmable touch screen thermostat can program your floor heating to switch on when you require it, so when you arrive home or get up in the morning your home is luxuriously warm and waiting for you.
Under Tile Heating is ideal if you are renovating as only the floor surface needs to be replaced to facilitate installation. You can cover an area as small as 1m2 through to the biggest living areas. With running costs as low as 2c per m2 per hour it sells itself.
Hotwire is perfect for a bathroom as the heating will not only heat the floor but also dry the floor meaning less mould and therefore less cleaning.
Kit includes: Heating Element, 7 day Programmable thermostat with floor sensing probe, continuity alarm, fixing tape, relay if required and instruction manual.
Please note: m² is the total exposed floor area. ie Not under fixed furniture such as kitchen cabinets, vanity units etc.

Delivery Locations: We deliver to all Australian Capital Cities and Major Regional Centres. A surcharge may apply for WA, NT, TAS & some Remote and Regional Areas. Contact us before purchase for delivery cost confirmation.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ONLY.
Delivery Process: Delivery is to the door only. Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist the driver in unloading. Driver will not carry large items up or down stairs. Goods may be left without a signature if authorized.
Missed Deliveries: If not at home during delivery, a note with courier details will be left. Contact the freight company for collection or re-delivery. Additional surcharge for re-delivery.
Delivery times: Metro & Outer Areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-9 business days. Regional areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-12 business. Note: Remote & Rural deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
Out of Stock Products: We maintain a wide range of stock in multiple warehouses. If we can't fulfill your order within the promised time, we'll contact you within 24-48 hours with an updated ETA and recommend an alternative.
All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances. No refund applies if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition or goods have been installed or attempted to be installed.
If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online within 24 hours of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after the 24 hour period. All products damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of Brands Direct Online.

As third party courier companies Brands Direct Online are unable to control delivery days and times. The courier is unable to ring prior or during delivery. If delivery is to a residential address please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods. If this is not possible we recommend using an alternate delivery address (ie. Work address) If you’re not home at time of delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee. It is a condition of delivery that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large or heavy items such as baths, vanities, appliances etc. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available. Please contact us in advance, if you need an item urgently or have any special requirements prior to placing your order.
