The first HoundHouse was created as a good looking and hygienic kennel for the founder's Staffy, Tyson. Since this time the HoundHouse design has been improved upon and is now sold all around the world.
Made from breathable canvas material, this dog kennel is suitable in both hot and cold conditions. This is because the material weave opens in the dry and heat for ventilation and contracts in rainy and cool conditions, creating a barrier.
The heavy outdoor canvas is the same material used in high quality tents and 4x4 canopies. The floor uses polyester slung mesh, which is comfortable for your dog to lie on and provides ventilation to stop fleas from breeding.

Pet Station reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.
Change of Mind:
Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

All returns are subject to inspection by Pet Station and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
No liability will be attached to Pet Station for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defect from supplied componentry.
Warranty:
If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
