The Hubsan X4 H107D Quadcopter is a palm-sized quad-rotor RC helicopter with an integrated FPV camera. The FPV, or first-person view, camera captures 720 x 240 resolution SD video and can take 0.3 MP still photos. It transmits wirelessly on 5.8GHz, and allows you to record video and photos using a Micro SD memory card slot built into the transmitter. The Micro SD card is sold separately, and the transmitter supports capacities up to 16GB. In addition, the X4 features a 4-channel, 2.4GHz transmitter (TX) that has a range of up to 328', depending on conditions. On the transmitter you will find a 4.3 LCD screen that allows you to monitor real-time video from the FPV camera and will display vital flight telemetry data to keep you apprised of what is happening in the air.
Ideal High Quality FPV Video Platform
The ideal platform for budget-minded customers in the market for a small quadcopter to fly FPV. The size of the Hubsan X4 FPV makes it easy to navigate in small areas and the 6-axis Flight Stability System (FSS) gives it the control you need to get the footage you want. A good quality camera that films 720p HD video comes installed on the X4 FPV. The signal from the camera is sent to the LCD screen that is built into the transmitter and receives the live feed.
Polymer Lithium ION Battery
These are high energy density batteries, weighing about half of a ni-cad or ni-mh battery of similar capacity as well as being smaller in size than the other battery types. They also have good safety performance due to the aluminium outer package and do not contain any polluting substances. Under normal conditions the lithium ion battery has a life of more than 500 charge/discharge cycles and is free from so-called memory effect, which is a loss of battery capacity over time. Another major benefit is the fast charge capacity of this battery, as can be seen in the specifications.
