Bioimpedance is the common method used by household scales to calculate body composition. iHealth Nexus uses the bioimpedence method by using advanced conductive ITO coating to determine the hindrance of electrical flow through the body, and uses that to calculate the total body water. From the total body water, it can estimate the 9 data points. Measure the smallest weight changes with four high-sensitivity G-shaped sensors. Nexus gives highly precise measurement of up to 0.2 lbs.

Create a goal and weigh yourself consistently and continuously to get stable results. The iHealth MyVitals App will create simple to understand charts and trends based on your results. An analog dial shows you exactly how far you are from your goal, and encourages you to succeed!

iHealth Nexus can sync with up to 8 users. Simple step on the scale and iHealth Nexus will pull your data from the others. It recognizes you based on your weight within a 5-pound variance. If two people are around the same weight, they just simply need to check to make sure their user number is displayed on the screen. If not, just click the bottom left of the scale like a mouse until you find your user number.
