2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Great product. Brought 3m wide version which has to be assembled. Easy instructions but recommend two people to put together. Blocks the sun and rain. Brought a second one a week later.

Great product for the price, did the job of keeping out the sun when too much glare and heat and trapped in more of the outdoor radiant heater warmth when cold at night, which is exactly what we bought them all for.

This is a great screen. I purchased 1 for my back verandah, to block out the cold wind. I've since purchased another, so the family can spend more time outdoors during the cold months.
