Installation Tips

1. Make sure to clean the screen thoroughly using the included wet & dry wipes.

2. Snap the guidance frame on your phone to help easily align the protector to the screen.

3. Peel off the thin, clear, protective layer(s) from the screen protector before applying the protector to the phone.

4. Align/tap the screen protector down on the top side of the guidance frame, then slowly drop it down on the screen.

5. Now, you are DONE!

  • Include all tools and hardware that are not open

The return process is as follows:
 
Tell us about your intention to return the goods by contacting us, and let us know the status of the goods through photos
 
When the return requirements are met, we will inform the warehouse address
 
Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item
 
If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you
 
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you
 
Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation
