Only regular eye-care professional eye examinations can determine your visual needs and eye health. The lenses on these Glasses are NOT prescription lenses. They are not intended as a substitute for glasses for glasses specifically prescribed for you. Poor vision may be the result of a disease of the eye and a regular examination by an optometrist is recommended to ensure that any eye disease is detected early.
Return policy:
For shoppers to have a peace of mind, we offer a 7 days return policy accepts exchange/refund request if the goods are of unacceptable quality (i.e. faulty); are damaged during transit; don't match product description; or don't do what our description said they would do. If you receive a parcel from us that meet any of the above conditions, we are very sorry, please let us know and we will do whatever we could to put a smile on your face.
Change of mind:
As long as we haven't sent off your order yet, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus $2 handling fee. Please send us an email to check if we have sent off your order yet. We will do our best to help. If we have sent off your order, you have 7 days period to return the product, you will have to bear return postage with a tracking number. Once we have received the product in its original and re-sellable condition, then you will be refunded the transaction amount minus $2 handling fee.
Warranty policy:
Depends on the product that you have bought. Applicable warranty period will be indicated on the product description. However, if you have any question about warranty, please let us know and we will our best to put a smile on your face.
