Inappropriate cleaning methods, above average or excessive loading or the failure to properly care for the furniture may result in costly repairs and could void your warranty.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not usually refund or exchange if you change your mind. If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, please contact us within 24 hour of receipt of goods.
If we agree that the item was not advertised correctly or within the law, or there was a mistake with the advertisement, we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
Refunds will only be given when goods are returned to us in original packaging and original saleable condition.

I ordered this lounge set and LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I have the 2 seater and club chair/ottoman and am waiting for the 3 seater. A couple of things to note... The set is quite large. The Club Chair is a Chair and a Half - almost as wide as the 2 seater. I have the space but make sure you measure! Secondly, the fabric is not a solid cream colour - it is a sort of marled predominantly white/cream background with some beige and gray speckles ... sort of marled look. It will wear well because of this (not show soil) and it makes it blend quite well with cream, beige, gray and greige! SUPER comfortable and love the low profile rounded arm. I couldn’t be more pleased.
