2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

This is a quality product. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the solar panel. It works really well, the only negative is that there is no flow adjustment on the pump

Easy to set up. Being white, it looks good in the garden. Being Solar is a bonus as no electricity being used.The birds are appreciating it. They are loving bathing in it. Overall I am happy that I purchased the Solar Fountain.
