    • Please ensure to carefully check the address you have provided for your order as a fee of $24.95 will apply for re-shipping an item from Toy Universe if it is returned due to an incorrect address, decline to accept, or non-collection.
    • If your item is returned for the above reasons, and you do not wish to have it re-shipped, a $15 restocking fee, and the original shipment costs will be deducted from your credit.
    • If your item is taken to the Post Office for collection, and it is not picked up within the allocated 10 business days, a reshipment fee of $21.95 will apply to have it resent to you.
