Change of mind policy
A change of mind is where a product is not faulty, but you wish to return it for another reason which may include, but is not limited to:
You chose the wrong colour/size/product
You believe the item to be unsuitable for your needs
Your personal opinion of the quality
You have otherwise changed your mind and no longer want the product
Change of mind returns are given at the sole discretion of each Seller on a case by case basis. Please contact us to check if your return can be accepted by the Seller.
If the Seller allows a change of mind return, they will ask you to follow their own policies and procedures for return. Items that are returned without the Seller's approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally, items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry, we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped), we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.
We pride ourselves on helping you with your order at every step of the way and work hard to make sure we meet your expectations both from a product and service quality perspective.
Unfortunately, returns cannot be delivered in person to our depot, office or warehouse facilities.

This Joseph Joseph Glide Plus Ironing Board is very sturdy and great to use. I've only ever had a couple of ironing boards during my 50 year marriage, both quite cheap, they did the job I suppose but I wish I'd sprung for a more expensive one years ago, you can certainly notice the difference in the quality and ease when doing the job, especially with this smooth well secured advanced cover, ironing doesn't seem as daunting anymore. Thanks.

I was very happy to pay a higher price for this product, as it has very good ratings on different web sites. You won't be disappointed. And customer service with a query was responded to, and resolved very quickly. I imagine this will last for many years to come, and it is so light to carry and set up, but don't let that fool you, it is very sturdy. Highly recommend. 🙂

Whilst not the cheapest ironing board around. It’s really well designed and made by comparison to many of the cheaper option. Very happy and would recommend.
