Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Must say from the moment we purchased from my Deals they kept all they said with delivery arriving earlier than expected. The machine is attractive and of good quality, instructions easy to follow and all in all we are very satisfied with this purchase.

The product is fine but it would be better if i could get a recepit no so that i can fill out the warranty i sent an email but it was sent back no response

I've only had this product for a little over 2 weeks (and have so far used it 4 times) and I'm being asked for a feed back. So I'd say it's good for the buck I paid, I haven't had any issues with it. It works as advertised. After almost 3 weeks of having it in my kitchen I'd give it a 5 star.
