Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

An excellent, easy to use, efficient product. Its features make it a versatile "all-in-one" oven with a decent capacity with very usable multi level options. It has a good array of pre-set options and came with a satisfactory number of accessories to assist in all of the cooking options available. The french door arrangement is an excellent design that allows easy access. To date, all that we have cooked in this oven have come out cooked to our satisfaction with no fuss. All features work well, so we are delighted with this product - a very convenient appliance for our kitchen.

love our new appliance. the ytwo doors are much easier to handle. My husband is now doing much of the cooking. Easy to operate from roasts to chips and fish filet direct from the freezer. A great addition to my kitchen.

Super happy, this product does so much more as it is bigger than my first air fryer The double opening doors are great. Rotisserie Can only take small roasts, so ideal for a small family.
