New Zealand is also renowned for its incredibly diverse range of plant-life, with many of these plants used by traditional Māori healers to treat ill health. The Kiwiherb range is unique in embracing the wisdom of Rongoā (Māori herbal medicine), with the inclusion of sustainably sourced New Zealand native herbs carefully selected for their time-honoured traditional medicinal uses.

We ensure plants are wildcrafted (collected from their natural environment) in a sustainable and ethically sound manner. The Kiwiherb manufacturing plant is accredited by the Ministry of Health’s medicines safety authority Medsafe as a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility. This means all of our products are subject to intensive testing and monitoring ensuring the safety and consistency of each batch.
