We offer free shipping for orders over $75 to many areas in Australia. For orders under $75, there is a $10 shipping fee per order. Additional delivery fees apply for Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All products are available and in stock, unless stated otherwise. Our products are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days from the time we process your payment. We have partnered with Australia’s leading courier companies Startrack and the corporate division of Australia Post (eParcel) to ensure fast, safe and efficient shipping right around Australia. For larger items that need to be sent via courier, a street address is mandatory. Rest assured that we will use the most efficient one depending on the product and your area. Through our strong delivery partner relationships, we can deliver to your home, workplace or PO Box – even if you’re rural/regionally based. For peace of mind, all items are covered with full postage insurance and a tracking number.

Warranty
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering any faults in materials or workmanship. We only stock trusted, reputable brands, so you can buy with confidence.
Please note, damage caused by airlines, baggage handlers or normal wear and tear isn’t covered by warranty. If your luggage is damaged during travel, you’ll need to lodge a claim directly with the carrier.
If you experience a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, simply contact the manufacturer or distributor for a direct resolution.
Returns
We’re not happy unless you’re happy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund (excluding postage).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in brand-new condition and have all original tags attached.
Here’s how it works:
- Log in to your account to let us know you’d like to return an item.
- Send it back with your full name, receipt and order number.
-Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the purchase price (excluding return postage).
