The extra wide teeth of the Black Kyocera Wide Julienne Mandolin Slicer w Handguard will produce the perfect string cuts of 18 or 3.125mm ideal for salads stir fry and garnishes. Made from zirconium oxide also call zirconia the Kyocera Advanced Ceramics cutting blade is harder than steel and will breeze through your food preparation. Use the notches cleverly indented into the corners of the mandolin to secure the slicer to the top of a bowl and the handy hanging loop at the end of the sturdy ABS plastic handle to hang the mandolin out of harms way ready for instant use.
