Shipping Details

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • VIC Metro: 1-3 business days from dispatch
    • All other capital cities: 3-5 business days from dispatch
    • Regional Australia: 5-7 business days from dispatch
  • All orders are sent using Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery. Parcels will not be left at unattended premises. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel, a slip will be left at the address and the parcel can be collected at a nearby Post Office.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return full-priced items within 7 days of the delivery date. For hygiene and health reasons returns will not be accepted for hair clips and scrunchies

Return postage is payable by the customer and the item(s) must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed and perfect condition, and must have all tags and branding still attached. Anything sent out in a box must be returned in a box. Fascinators and Hats get damaged in bags and therefore must not be returned in a bag.

PLEASE NOTE: Morgan & Taylor will not accept the return of any item(s) which we consider ʻusedʼ in any way. Please note, in such cases, the ʻusedʼ item(s) will be returned to you and you will be charged for any and all additional freight costs. Any returned item received with makeup stains will be rejected.
