3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Great tower, I have really high ceiling so need to get a 5cm block to raise so I can use the tension rod at the top and secure better. Other than that, Peaches loves it.
