Change of mind returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 7 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned. Change of mind return or exchanging, the goods must be in unused conditions and original packaging.  

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in original conditions and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the customer shall be responsible for all warehouse and courier cost incurred by the company in dispatching the item and having it returned to the company’s warehouse. Warranty Policy:  

All products purchased from us include warranty. Our products are generally offered with 6- 12 months warranty. Arrival damages or missing parts need to be reported in 7days from the delivery date. You are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damages in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. If the customer refuses replacement parts then it is at their cost to return the goods for a refund less freight charges. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us.A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed or any physical damages.
