We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

So happy with my purchase of Jingle Jollys Christmas Tree 2.1M 7FT LED Fibre Optic Xmas Multi Colour Lights. Pros: All lights work well. Branches aren’t cheap and nasty like you’d expect. Cons: some of the greenery has unraveled on the branches. Some of the white bulbs/star covers have small rubbers to hold in place but they slip off easily.
