All furniture products from Bay Gallery come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Please note that the following may occur as a result of natural and normal usage:
Inappropriate cleaning methods, above average or excessive loading or the failure to properly care for the furniture may result in costly repairs and could void your warranty.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not usually refund or exchange if you change your mind. If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, please contact us within 24 hour of receipt of goods.
If we agree that the item was not advertised correctly or within the law, or there was a mistake with the advertisement, we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
Refunds will only be given when goods are returned to us in original packaging and original saleable condition.

I purchased the Leura Rustic Recycled Timber Sideboard Buffet a couple of weeks ago and I totally love it.... It's so much better than I expected... I wanted this to put Dishes in the draws just like we did with our buffet in England... The draws, when opened, do not pull all the out as they have a clever little turn latch inside preventing this... So no broken plates! I would recommend this Buffet to everyone... Also it's beautiful piece of furniture...
