SuperSign Control is the basic control software, and it can manage up to 100 displays through a single account and server. Power, volume, and scheduling can be remotely adjusted, and firmware updates supported.
USB Data Cloning
USB data cloning increases efficiency in managing multiple displays for optimal operation since users don't have to set up each display one by one. Once users copy data to a USB device in one display, it can be easily distributed to the other displays through a USB plug-in.
Real-Time Remote Monitoring
Malfunctions or errors can be easily handled through real-time remote care. When an error occurs, notifications can be sent through the SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) protocol.
Power & Network with One Line
WOL (Wake-on-LAN) enables users to turn on displays by sending messages through the network. This greatly simplifi es the installation and maintenance processes since only a single wire is needed for power and network connection.

Each manufacturer has their own warranty policy. Best Deal 4 U Computers will manage any manufactures, return to base warranty claim on your behalf while the component is still covered under warranty. Please refer to the product listing for specific warranty terms and period.
System Build
All systems built by Best Deal 4 U Computers & IT come with a 1 year, return to base warranty. We warrant your system build against manufacturing defeats and in the event of a component failure, it would be replaced free of labour. Please note, this warranty excludes software and data. We use a range of components from different manufactures and each manufacturer has their own warranty policy, some of which may extend past our warranty. In the scenario that our warranty has expired, but a faulty component is still covered by its individual warranty, Best Deal 4 U will manage the return to base warranty claim on your behalf. Please note, this may incur labour charges.

RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind, you may return (at your cost) most new, unopened items within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund, which will incur a 10-25% restocking fee. This fee is by negotiation and any special condition given to the customer must be observed such as bring back packaging &/or CDs/manuals. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect item).
